Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all B2B wholesale wig orders, bulk purchases and OEM/ODM customized hair products.

Qualified Return & Refund

We accept returns or refunds only for:

Factory quality defects, production flaws or damaged goods on arrival

Wrong item, color, style, quantity shipped due to our mistake

Goods not matching the confirmed wholesale or OEM specification

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

All OEM / ODM / private label customized wigs

Products worn, washed, altered or damaged by the buyer

Clearance items, sample orders and discounted bulk goods

Return requests submitted beyond the time limit

Time Limit

Buyers must send a return inquiry by email within 7 business days after receiving goods, attaching clear product photos, videos and order details. Late requests will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our sales team to apply for return approval

2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization

3. Send back items with original packaging in good condition

4. We will inspect goods within 7 business days after receipt

5. Refund or replacement will be arranged shortly after inspection approval

Shipping Fee Rule

Our fault (quality / wrong shipment): we cover return shipping cost

Buyer’s voluntary return: buyer bears all shipping and handling fees

Customized orders are non-returnable with no freight compensation

Final Right

We reserve the right to update and interpret the return & refund policy without prior notice.
